It may be 9am, but we have been cooking these shoulders to perfection for the last 14 hours. So, YES, we still cook our own BBQ fresh and in house daily. We've got three cookers working around the clock to make sure we've always got fresh, hot BBQ ready for you! There is a reason we have the best BBQ in town! ;)
